Does the 75-document limit apply per type or in total?
The limit is cumulative. The 75 documents are shared across remissions, tickets, and work orders, including conversions between types.
Is the payment separate for Ordefy and Remify?
Yes. The payment is made inside each app independently.
What happens if I switch devices?
Your activation is stored inside the app's backup. If you restore your backup on the new device, your unlimited access is automatically recovered.

Can I request a refund?
We do not offer refunds. The payment prompt appears starting at document 50, giving you ample opportunity to evaluate the app before deciding to purchase. By the time you pay, you are doing so with full knowledge of the product.
