We do not collect any personal data. Our applications work entirely locally on your device. There is no server to which your information is sent, no activity log, and no usage analytics.
All data you enter in our apps (clients, products, documents) is stored exclusively on your device and never leaves it unless you choose to share it manually (for example, by sending a PDF via WhatsApp or email).
3. No third parties or partners
We do not share, sell, or transfer data to third parties. We have no data processors, analytics partners, or external service integrations that access your information.
4. Cookies and tracking
Our applications do not use first-party or third-party cookies, nor any other tracking or behavioral monitoring mechanism.
5. Security
Since we do not store data on our own servers, full control of your information rests with your device. We recommend keeping your device updated and protected with standard security measures (passcode, device encryption, local backups).
6. Your rights
Since we do not process personal data, there is no data for us to rectify, delete, or port. If you have any questions, you can reach us at support@softlonge.com.
If you reside in Spain or the European Union, this policy falls under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection (LOPDGDD). If you reside in Mexico, the LFPDPPP applies. For other Latin American countries where we operate, we comply with the applicable local data protection laws.

We may update this policy occasionally. Any relevant changes will be communicated through the application itself or this page. The last updated date will always be visible at the top.
