Refund Policy

1. Purchase model
Our applications (Remify, Ordefy) are free up to a limit of 75 documents. The payment prompt appears starting at document 50, giving you enough time to evaluate the app before making any decision. Once the limit is reached, a one-time payment of $9 USD (charged in your local currency) is required to continue without restrictions. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
2. No-refund policy
Since users are able to try the application freely and extensively before making a purchase, we do not offer refunds once the payment is completed. By paying, you do so with full knowledge of the product and its features.
3. Payment processing
Payments are processed through Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for billing, local taxes, and payment-related support. In certain countries, local consumer protection laws may grant additional rights; in those cases, Paddle will handle the request in accordance with applicable regulations.
