2. Acceptance
By downloading or using any of our applications (Remify, Ordefy), you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
3. Usage and payment model
Our apps are free up to a limit of 75 documents in total. This limit is cumulative and includes all document types available in the application: remissions, tickets, and work orders. Converting between document types (e.g. from remission to ticket) also counts toward this limit.
Once the 75-document limit is reached, a one-time payment is required to continue using the application without restrictions. The price is equivalent to 9 USD in the local currency of each country at the time of purchase. This payment is processed through Google Play and Paddle and is subject to their terms and billing policies.
There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. The payment is one-time and grants permanent unlimited access to the application.
4. Offline functionality
Our applications work completely without an internet connection. All data is stored locally on your device. No user account or registration is required to use the app.
5. Backups
The application allows you to create manual backups of your database, as well as restore or transfer them to another device. Backups are not automatic: it is the user's sole responsibility to perform them as often as they see fit.
Softlonge is not responsible for data loss resulting from failure to create a backup, device erasure, hardware failure, or any other circumstance beyond our control.
6. Intellectual property
All applications, their design, code, and content are the property of Softlonge. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without express written authorization is prohibited.
7. Limitation of liability
The applications are provided "as is". Softlonge does not guarantee that they are free of errors or that they will operate without interruption. In no event shall we be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or loss of profits arising from the use or inability to use the application.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Relevant changes will be communicated through the application or this page. Continued use of the app after an update implies acceptance of the new terms.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law and, where applicable, by the regulations of the user's country of residence in accordance with the consumer protection laws in force in each territory where we operate.
